Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Software Engineer at Tanaad Tek. As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining back-end web applications and software solutions. Your day-to-day tasks will include programming, software development, and utilizing object-oriented programming (OOP) principles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end and back-end development, with expertise in TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Java, and Spring Boot for backend microservices. You will work closely with our product and design teams to build scalable and efficient applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance software applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using TypeScript and Tailwind CSS for front-end development.
• Implement backend services using Java and Spring Boot to support microservices architecture.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Utilize GitHub for version control and collaboration.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Tailwind CSS.
• Solid experience with Java and Spring Boot for backend microservices.
• Knowledge of GitHub for version control.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Preferred but not required: knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Familiarity with Docker
