We are looking for a professional skilled worker who can assist our Engineers for Technical issues.

Position: Technical Assistant

Duty hours: 8:00 am - 5:00pm Sunday to Thursday. Saturday (7:00am - 4:00pm)

Key responsibility and accountability:

1. Assessment and reporting new and existing products
2. Weekly inspection of products
3. Cleaning and adjustment of products
4. Repairing and replacement of product parts when needed
5. Assisting installation team
6. Applying companies maintenance and service guide
7. Keeping time and appointments by using your own guideline
8. Presenting Technical reports accordingly
9. Keeping and securing companies confidential documents
10. Applying companies policy properly
11. Coordinating and joining companies event and expiations
12. Assisting workshop team
13. Applying companies chain of command
14. Assisting R&D department if needed
15. Cooperation with another departments of company
16. Informing abd responding any safety issues as soon as possible
17. Training and coaching of products User's/ Operators
18. Applying site safety rules and regulations
19. Keeping and maintaining personal tools and machines
20. Reporting and record Keeping
21. Assisting companies Academy if needed

Experience;

• Technical skills more than 5 years
• Having a troubleshooting skills
• Experience of electromechanical technologies
• Creativity and problem solving skills

Education;

• Bachelor degree of EEE or Mechanical engineering
• 5 years of technical skills
