RA is looking to hire an IT Support Specialist with 5 years of experience proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, or similar role Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot the system issue and solve problems quickly.
• Install software and application in laptop, desktop, and other computer hardware.
• Administer and maintain end users accounts, permission, and access rights.
• Working Knowledge in Synology NAS storage and file sharing.
• Operational knowledge in windows server and active directory.
• Experience in Indoor/Outdoor airMAX device.
• Perform regular maintenance of company laptops, desktop, printers, network systems, and any other technical equipment.
• Providing IT assistance to staff and customers.
• Experience in troubleshoot printer and hardware peripherals.
• Experience in Unifi Access point and Microtik router.
• Knowledge in FortiGate firewall.
• Installs, configures, and maintains network cabling and other networking equipment such as access point, switches etc.
• Orders software, hardware, and other supplies as required.
• Regular maintain of asset for the IT equipment.
• Need to travel internally if required.
