Position Overview:

As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of HR functions within the company. From recruitment and talent acquisition to employee relations and development, you will be responsible for creating and implementing HR strategies that align with our organizational goals and foster a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating orientation sessions.
• Oversee performance management systems to ensure fair and consistent evaluations and provide guidance on performance improvement.
• Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
• Implement and administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Maintain HR records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
• Stay abreast of HR trends and best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position.
• In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
