Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for hospitality, and a proven track record of managing a successful hotel operation.

Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring all departments are working efficiently and effectively.

• Implement and maintain high standards of service in all areas, including housekeeping, front desk, food and beverage, and maintenance.

Guest Services:

• Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.

• Address and resolve guest concerns and issues promptly and professionally.

Staff Management:

• Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff to ensure a high level of performance and service.

• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional development.

Financial Management:

• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial goals are met.

• Full P&L responsibilities.

• Monitor and control expenses while maximizing revenue opportunities.

Sales and Marketing:

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement strategies to attract and retain guests.

• Explore partnerships and promotional opportunities to increase hotel visibility and revenue.

Facility Maintenance:

• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the hotel facilities to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

• Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to maintain high service and cleanliness standards.
