• Effective operational management of the Somalia warehouse facility complying with Company guidelines, rules and regulations to ensure daily operations are compliant with company SOPs.
• To ensure the warehouse and logistics operations of the Company are operated in an ethical, practical, and legal manner.
• Effective communication with US Military customers, Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Company regional offices, Valiant's associates, and Somali Authorities.

Position Requirements

• Educated to a minimum standard equivalent to bachelor's degree Level.
• More than 5 years of experience in a similar position with at least 3 years' experience in a supervisory Role.
• At least 5 years of experience dealing with Provisions, within the SPV contract.
• Must be a strong communicator.
• Ability to navigate operational structures and understand team dynamics.
• High analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships internally and externally.
• Ability to speak, read and write English Fluently.
• Experience MS Office user in the following applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
