Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an E-Government Expert Consultant who will be responsible for advising us on the development and implementation of electronic government services and solutions. The E-Government Expert will provide customized strategies to improve the flexibility of the software. The consultant must have a strong knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks related to government IT systems.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in E-Government consulting, with demonstrated success in advising government agencies on e-government initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Public Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in enterprise architecture, project management, and business process engineering
• Experience in developing strategies for electronic government services, such as document management, online payments, and citizen portals.
• Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks related to government IT systems, as well as an understanding of security and privacy standards.
• Ability to communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences, and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated organizational and problem-solving skills.
